Eva playing with her new dolly swing. She knows where the music button is and enjoys the music so much that after pressing the button, she returns to her comfy oversized cushion to sit down and listen comfortably. When the music stops, she scoots off the cushion, presses the button and repeats the process over and over. The attempt to video the entire process was, of course, interrupted by her older brother who doesn't think Eva should ever have to be on camera all alone.

Christmas Lighting and Hot Chocolate
We had a wonderful night of Christmas lighting. We ended with hot chocolate, Daddy shared with Eva even though she had her own in a sippy cup. The candy cane straw was just so much better. While we were driving around looking at lights, FM100 was playing VoiceMale's Christmas Concert. It was beautiful music to go lighting to. We had a great night, Preston's favorite parts were seeing the "baby Jesus!"s in the nativity scenes on people's lawns and "Tiny Little Baby born in Bethlehem" song that VoiceMale sang.

Our Live Nativity
We attempted the live nativity thing with two children two and under. It almost worked long enough to take a picture. Eva was supposed to be an angel in the group picture, but was too tired and ended up being baby Jesus instead. But we got some cute pics of her in her angel outfit beforehand. Preston was a wiseman, and Mommy and Daddy were Joseph and Mary.
Preston's RadioFlyer!
Preston riding his new tricycle. He came into the living room and the tricycle was sitting there with its bow. All he said was, "Santa Clause came?" And then..."Where is he?!!!" and he ran towards the door as if expecting to catch him leaving! Very cute.
Opening Presents
They really enjoyed opening presents. Preston and Eva were thoroughly spoiled this year by loving grandparents, aunts, uncles and friends. Eva received a lot of much needed clothing, a fairy bear with her birthstone, and some toys and books; Preston got a tricycle, Spiderman helmet, some pjs, socks, and Buzz Lightyear and Woody cowboy boots.
Daddy and Mommy also got some unique gifts. Daddy made Mommy a cedar chest, which she was so excited to receive. Mommy made Daddy his favorite treat, popcorn balls, in three different flavors. It was also very fun to see Daddy open a surprise present at the very end of the present opening... (there is a video that I will post about this present next)!
